Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a well-studied treatment that focuses on the ways a person thinks.  Our thoughts shape our reality in that they determine how we feel.  For instance, thoughts of self worthlessness, whether conscious or unconscious, might produce depression.

Past Life Regression
(PLR)

A Past Life Regression (PLR) is a revisiting, under hypnosis, of a life you have previously lived.  Although some see the experience metaphorically, as a message of the unconscious mind, those who believe in reincarnation see PLR as a temporary return to another life.  Either way, the experience can be profound.

I've been practicing psychotherapy since 1987.
